For EuroPaint 2026, we are introducing a new system for stall assignments. A portion of the stabling areas will be available for advance reservation before the regular entry portal opens.

Why we are changing the process

In recent years, some stabling areas have been in very high demand as soon as entries opened. Within minutes, a large number of exhibitors tried to book stalls in the same areas at the same time. The previous system was not able to handle this level of traffic reliably.
As a result, some exhibitors experienced technical issues, interrupted bookings, and unnecessary frustration.

The new advance reservation process is designed to make stall allocation fairer, more transparent, and technically more reliable for everyone.

Important dates

Advance stall reservation via Pretix EU:
July 4, 2026, 7:00 p.m. through July 5, 2026, 11:59 p.m.

Entry portal opens:
July 6, 2026, 7:00 p.m.

Entry deadline:
July 20, 2026

Stabling areas available for advance reservation

Advance reservations will be available for stalls in the following areas:

Stall A
Stall B
Stall C North
Stall C South
Stall D–G
Stall S1
Stall S3

Tack rooms in stabling areas A through C can also be reserved in advance.

Stall H and Stall I are not included in the advance reservation process. These areas will continue to be assigned through the regular entry process. Based on previous years, there are usually sufficient stalls available in these areas.

How to reserve your stalls

Advance reservations open on July 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. via Pretix EU: https://pretix.eu/euro-paint/euro-paint/

A reservation fee of €10 per stall applies. This fee is also a deposit and will be credited toward the stall fee when the official entry is submitted.
After completing your reservation, you will receive a booking code by email. You will need this code later to assign the reserved stalls to your official entry.
Payment is processed through PayPal. You can pay either with a PayPal account or by credit card without a PayPal account.
If you would like to test the system before making an actual reservation, test stalls for €0 and tack rooms for €0.01 will be available.

Reservation limits

A maximum of 15 stalls may be reserved per order.
A maximum of 1 tack room may be reserved per order.

How the reservation fee will be credited

The reservation fee will be credited only for stalls that are actually used and confirmed in the official entry. It is not credited as a flat amount per person or per order.

Example:
You reserve 10 stalls and pay a total reservation fee of €100. Later, only 9 of those stalls are used in your official entry. In this case, €90 will be credited. The reservation fee for the unused stall will be forfeited.
If you reserve stalls for other exhibitors, please forward the corresponding booking codes to them. Any reimbursement or internal payment arrangements must be handled directly between the exhibitors involved.

Please reserve only the stalls you actually need

Please reserve stalls only in areas where you actually intend to stable your horses.
Reservations made “just in case” or for areas you do not plan to use block stalls for other exhibitors and make the overall planning process much more difficult.

Incorrect bookings

Please review your selection carefully before completing your order.
Incorrect bookings, accidentally reserved stalls, or incorrectly selected stabling areas cannot be corrected after the order has been completed. In these cases, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
If a stabling area is sold out, no additional stalls can be made available in that area.

After the advance reservation period

The advance reservation period closes on July 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Any stalls in the advance-reservation areas that have not been reserved by that time will be transferred to the regular entry portal.
When the entry portal opens on July 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., these remaining stalls can be booked as usual through the regular entry process.

A stall reservation is not an entry

Please note: An advance stall reservation does not replace the official entry.
The reservation only secures the requested stalls. Participation in EuroPaint 2026 is only possible once the official entry has been submitted by the deadline.
If no matching official entry has been submitted by July 20, 2026, the reserved stalls will be released and the reservation fee will be forfeited.

Requests for sold-out stabling areas

There is no automatic waiting list in the reservation system for sold-out stabling areas.
If your preferred stabling area is already sold out, you may enter your stabling request later in the comments field of your official entry.
If stalls become available due to missing entries, cancellations, or illness, we may reassign available stalls after the entry deadline where possible.
These requests will be handled based on the order in which the official entries are received. This means the relevant factor is the time and date of the submitted entry that includes the stabling request.
A stabling request in the comments field does not guarantee reassignment to another stabling area.

We hope this new process will make stall allocation for EuroPaint 2026 fairer, clearer, and more reliable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
