Arrival is possible from Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The show grounds will remain closed until then, and earlier access will not be possible.
Show Office – Arrival Day
The Show Office is located on the upper level of the Arena Bar.
Thursday, August 20, 2026 | 4:00–6:00 PM
On arrival day, the Show Office will be open for the collection of tack room keys. Please remember to bring the €50 deposit in cash. Exhibitor numbers may also be collected if there are no outstanding payments, changes or forms to be completed.

Entry Deadline
Entries must be submitted no later than two days before the respective competition day.
Hay Sales
- Thursday, August 20: 6:00–6:30 PM
- Friday, August 21–Friday, August 28: 10:00–10:30 AM
- Saturday, August 29: No hay sales
Hay sales take place at the round pens and are subject to availability.
