The Euro Paint took place in Kreuth from August 17 to 25, 2024. With a total of 282 horses and 1,524 APHA starts, the high level of the previous year was maintained, once again underlining the importance of this show for the European Paint Horse scene.
A particular highlight of this year’s Euro Paint was the payout of over €16,000 in the Chrome Cash classes, which were very well attended with 136 entries in six classes. These classes are becoming increasingly popular and offer participants attractive prize money that significantly increases the horses’ lifetime earnings.

The incomparable atmosphere of Euro Paint, with the highlights Nations Cup, Futurity/Maturity and the popular Paint People Party, creates a show that is increasingly appreciated by breeders, riders and owners. The Nations Cup 2024 was once again the undisputed team highlight of Euro Paint and once again demonstrated the high quality and strong team spirit of the participating nations.
This year, the Czech Republic team was unbeatable. With an impressive total score of 46 points, they secured first place and the gold medal. Germany came a close second, taking the silver medal with a total of 44 points. Belgium came third and secured the bronze medal with a total score of 40 points.
